You'll receive access code for the building by email on the day of arrival. From 3:00 PM you can check in yourself at the terminal in the lounge. You’ll then receive your apartment code by email.

Didn’t get the email? Scan the QR code on site and retrieve your apartment code using your name and reservation number. .

Additional drinks are available for purchase in our 24/7 shop in the lobby, where you’ll find a wider selection.

Whether you’re craving a late-night snack or forgot your toothbrush at home, our shop in the lobby has snacks, drinks, and handy essentials for your stay, available around the clock.

Our reservations team is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. In urgent emergencies, you can reach us around the clock at the same phone number.

You’ll find washing machines and dryers in the laundry room in the inner courtyard. Using them costs extra. With the WeWash app, you can check which machines are available, book them, and pay. Prices are shown before you book.
