You’ll receive the building access information via SWIPE TO OPEN by email on the day of arrival. From 3:00 PM you can check in at the self check-in terminal in the lobby. Your key cards will be created there.

Coffee and tea are available free of charge in the lobby around the clock. Two bottles of water in your apartment are also included.

You’ll find more drinks for purchase in our shop on the ground floor. There’s a wider selection waiting for you there.

The Café des Schicksals prepares your breakfast box with care and delivers it directly to your apartment door between 6:00 and 7:00 am. Choose from Vegan, Sweet, Mix or Savory for 15 € per box.

Box contents may vary depending on availability.

Whether you’re craving a late-night snack or forgot your toothbrush at home, our shop on the ground floor has snacks, drinks, and handy essentials for your stay, available around the clock.

A paid shuttle runs between the airport and ipartment from 3:30 AM to 12:30 AM, every 30 minutes.

Doesn’t the shuttle fit your schedule, or are you headed somewhere else? At the WeKnow-Terminal in the Lobby you can book a ride. Alternatively, you can use the Uber app:

Our reservations team is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. In urgent emergencies, you can reach us around the clock at the same phone number.

You’ll find washing machines and dryers in the laundry room in the inner courtyard. Using them costs extra. With the WeWash app, you can check which machines are available, book them, and pay. Prices are shown before you book.
